(3) Machining process route of precision nitrided steel shaft parts: material preparation-forging-normalizing (annealing)-top hole drilling-rough turning-quality-semi-finish turning, fine turning-low temperature aging-rough grinding-nitriding Treatment-secondary surface processing-fine grinding-smooth grinding.

 

(4) The processing route of integrally quenched precision hardware shaft parts: material preparation-forging-normalizing (annealing)-center hole drilling-rough turning-quenching and tempering-semi-finishing turning, fine turning-secondary surface processing-overall quenching-rough Grinding-low temperature aging-fine grinding.

 

For general precision hardware shaft parts, precision grinding in the final process is sufficient to ensure the processing quality. For precision shaft parts, in addition to finishing, finishing should also be arranged. For shaft parts other than overall quenching, the finishing process can be arranged before the quenching heat treatment according to the specific situation, or after the quenching heat treatment and before the secondary surface processing.

 

It should be noted that the parts after quenching cannot be used with ordinary knives. The main surface of shaft parts is the outer surface of each journal. The accuracy of the inner hole of the hollow shaft is generally not high, and the thread and spline on the precision spindle The precision requirements for secondary surfaces such as keyways and keyways are also relatively high. Therefore, the processing route of shaft parts mainly considers the processing sequence of the outer circle, and reasonably intersperses the processing of the secondary surface.
